We’ve tailored our analytics to a variety of needs. Some of you want to track as much as you reasonably can. Others don’t want to track anything at all.

Being mindful of the latter group’s needs, our analytics are off by default. But when you turn analytics on, you’ll find many best-in-class features at your disposal:

• Tracking opens & clicks. The lifeblood of any email marketing software, it’s important to know how many folks are engaging with your emails and what content they're interested in. We make sure that clicks & opens are reported fairly & easily.
• Referrer analysis. See which domains & links are bringing in the most subscribers over time – you know, for when that famous influencer talks about how great you are.
• Email statistics – with comparisons. Figure out how each individual email performed. Compare pairs of emails to determine which did better.
• Events for individual subscribers. Want a closer look into an individual reader's behavior? Dive into opens, clicks, and other subscriber behaviors.
• Browser, OS, and platform usage. Understand what platforms are opening your emails, so you can troubleshoot your content more effectively.
