Per-email paid subscriptions

At risk of sounding craven: we heard from a whole slew of folks who are emigrating from Patreon due to their inability to support per-creation pricing by the end of November 2025.

We've been working on this feature for a while, and we're excited to push it out the door. You can now set up paid subscriptions on a per-email basis, so that paid subscribers are charged not every month or year but instead for every premium email you send.
