A more ergonomic editor toolbar

A few improvements to Buttondown's WYSIWYG editor:

• The toolbar now stays at the top when you scroll, so you can always see it when editing.
• The link editor replaces the toolbar, so it doesn't displace your writing when it appears.
• You can now insert variables as links (like {{subscribe_url}})! Previously, this was only possible in the markdown editor.
