We launched the view now affectionately referred to as the "subscriber detail pane" back in 2017:
Time flies! That was... oh my god, was that eight years ago?
This lovely glimpse into a subscriber has gone through many iterations over that time, and we're quite pleased with the latest one.
We've streamlined the visual hierarchy and moved everything into a single feed of activity, which makes it easier to see the big picture and drill down into specific operational/temporal questions. (We also got rid of a bunch of the stuff that was annoying and/or unused.)
